Tomorrow school's starting.At least today dun have to go coz it's pupil free day.Dunno whether it's a good thing or bad thing.Stay at home so boring,go to school also boring.Haiz..But still sort of looking forward to go back to school coz then can see those friends that I don't really meet up outside of school.
Oh yesterday at church I found out that sometime this month,we're(youths) doing some sort of a amazing race.Can't wait to find out what we're supposed to do!yipee...
Anyway I've just finished cleaning all tabletops,drawers,blinds etc(general cleaning).Quite tired.Then later Ben and I are gonna cook fried rice for lunch.Yummy yummy food.Got egg, chinese sausage,luncheon meat,crab sticks and fish cakes in it.Yay all nice ingredients.My dad created this recipe when he had no cooking experience at all.I would say he's like a superman at times.
On saturday we went to Aunty Julie's house to borrow her sewing machine.We need to shorten my school pants and altering it at a shop is just crazy as it cost a bomb($20 just to shorten it a few inches). So Aunty Julie helped to cut the pants.I zig-zagged the "edges" to stop it from fraying.I learnt sewing in homeEc last year mah.Sewing is quite fun lah,especially when you press the pedal hard and sew so fast.Anyway, after I did that,I went to play with Beatrice(Aunty Julie's 7 year old daughter).Dad sewed the hem when he'd never done that before in his life.And it turned out to be perfect length and everything!Wow I was impressed.Thanks daddy!
OK I better cook lunch now.It's 1.40pm liao I'm so hungry!tata~
