THE RETURN OF AMANDA...

DUM-DUM-DUMDUM---

What a gr8 holiday in Augusta!

We spent 5 days and 4 nights there.

And we spent 23 hours watching Korean shows.

Hehe we didn't really do much there.

Main thing was to RELAX and SLACK.

In other words- eat,watch tv and sleep.

Nah,the guys did go fishing and came back with heaps of fish.

And we went around Margaret River,

the fudge factory(total disappointment) and choc factory,

and we went on the Jewel Cave tour!

Jewel Cave was SO COOL!

It's so deep and it stretches for 2km in length.

Then there's all these stalacites(?)from the ceiling..

ROcks and limestones and stuff.

Hehe will show u more in the pictures coming up!

We also ate at the Leeuwin Estate Restaurant,

Which is like award winning blablabla

and wow it REALLY WAS GOOD.

Hell expensive,but very fine!

Rest of the time mum cooked at home but it was just as good too.

We had so much noodles during this trip

it was all very nice but now I'm like kinda sick of noodles.

I MISS MY RICE AND BREAD.......

Also at our chalet in Augusta,

there's these cute little birds-

found out they're called "Fairy Wrens"-

that comes to our "front porch" regularly for food!

They're SOOO SOO CUTE and brave too!

We throw them little crumbs of bread

and slowly they learn to eat from our hands

and a couple of times they flew to our laps and eat while we stroke them!!

Ahhh they're so adorable~

Definitely coming up in the pictures!!

That's alot of photos...

We came back from Augusta yesterday evening.

OH YES I can't forget this!

On our way back we drove up to Yallingup

and we checked out this beachside villa.

It was SO COOl.

The villa was so clean and well equipped

and probably with a 2 min walk u'll reach the beach below!

You can see the beach from the villa and aww,it's an awesome place!

We quickly booked one of the best spots for our Christmas hols this dec.

Almost every one is booked up cos that's the peak period so we were very lucky!=D

And we booked for a whole week,just staying there!

We're going to be at the beach everyday..

Swimming,sunbathing and we're gonna learn surfing!

Plus there's this place adjacent to the beach that's like Green Pool in Denmark

and we'll go snorkelling there!

YAY thinking about it makes me excited!

I'll pray in advance that it'll be so hot that week

otherwise everything will be spoilt.

for I dun fancy being frozen in the ocean and coming out frozen too.

Yipee I can't wait!!

Lovely place~

Back in perth..

This morning I did 4 hours of community service with Maria!

We were at Stirling's Meals on Wheels thing

and this morning we packed the desserts and did the labels of containers.

It was heaps fun!

All we had to do was pack the food into the containers and put the lids on.

We did tomorrow's desserts-some tapoica sago or sth(yuck)

friday's dessert-custard tart with fruit

and even saturday's dessert-pre ordered chocolate cake!

Hehe and we each had a free slice of the cake,yaaa-mee!

We're going again on friday and I heard we'll be doing the "wheels" bit.

Which is delivering the food to the elderly/disabled people.

Hahas I just need 3 more trips there and ALL my hours will be done!

YAY!

Right I'm gonna get going now.

Tomorrow I'll be spending my day at HJ's working.

Man,it feels so good not to have worked for so long!(only a week though)
