Crap,my pile of ironing clothes is STILL there.Only that it grew a little taller this week.Uurgh... I SWEAR I'M GONNA IRON IT TMR!!Hopefully,all of it.
This week 3 crawled past ever so sloooowly.Everything was so boring at school.On friday I had 2 tests-maths and science.Plus a vaacination.The one to prevent cervical cancer or sth-every girl from year 10-12 can have it for free.Yeah it didn't really hurt so I'm glad lol=D
On tuesday I went to watch Spiderman 3 with my family.I reckon it was quite good,why do people keep saying it's really bad and all?!Too high an expectation huh..That night was cool, mum came home and she was like,"Hey let's go watch Spiderman after dinner,check the movie time." So we went there with a full stomach and I still managed to eat like half a pack of popcorn. Stuffed like a turkey. Damn..at the rate I'm eating,sure to put on weight.Today after lunch we went to Cold Rock(in Subiaco) for ice cream and it was heaven.Next time I go there I'm definitely mixing Picnic or some choc into my ice cream!
Yesterday I worked again and it wasn't a nice day at work at all!It's horrible at work nowadays. It's been like a month since I've last worked in the kitchen.Every shift I'm on drive thru and for the whole of yesterday I was on voice(taking orders from cars and paying it off)and what's worse was for the first hour of my shift I started off doing the whole of drive thru(taking orders, paying it off,and getting the orders)with NO help.Drive thru was quite packed and I was going mad doing like 3 people's job!Damn I hate it.And voice is so boring.You just stand there in that corridor staring at the screen,talking to cars and giving people their change.Can't interact with other HJ people.And yesterday was horrible because it was so super cold and WINDY.I asked for a jumper but they said there wasn't any so I just had to stand at that window being blown by the wind for the whole day(and worse at night).Lols one way to warm myself up-when there's no cars(which is pretty rare) I go stand next to the broiler(cook patties) or at the fries cooker and eat fries.Comforting lol.
One good thing that happened at work was that I got a $5 tip!Omg that lady's so generous..She was in the drive thru and she said I gave her good service(?)and drove off.Hahas there should be more generous pple around=D Also I saw Masumi in the drive thru yesterday!Hahas she's got long hair now,like long long long...Too bad couldn't talk to her since I had to talk to stupid cars.Haiz..For the past week(until now) my head is full of "Should I quit HJ?".."Should I ask for a payrise?".."Is subway hiring?" LOls. So sick of working at HJ, get paid peanuts and work myself like shit.It used to be ok,I can play around and work in the kitchen because there's enough staff at the front.But now with the crazy staff shortage we have,I always have to stay at the front and do many things.Bad nights would be like 5 people in the whole restaurant.1 duty manager, 2 people at the front and 2 people at the back.That's all.And when all these customers come in,everyone gets so super stressed up because you can't give fast service and the customers complain blablabla. Not worth it man. So I'll be smart and quit if I can find a better job-even though that means I can't achieve my "work for at least 1 year" goal(just a record to set u know).
