Ugghhh I feel too lazy to blog even though I've been back from Margaret River already.But still, here I am afterall.Too bad without any pictures yet.I gotta get them from my mum when I have the time(which will the earliest probably be during the sch hols in 2 weeks' time!)SOrry guys. Lol.
Man it was AWESOME to take a break from school.HEAVENLY in fact.During that 4 school days that I skipped(actually it's 6 days if incl. sat and sun),it felt like Why in the world do I need school for?Life's great without school. Ooh maybe I can "devote myself to serving God" and don't need any Maths or Science for that. Lols my unrealistic mind was just spinning.
There were in total 5 families and 1 couple in Margaret River,just imagine the crowd.We had fun together just relaxing,eating and mucking around.There wasn't exactly much to do because we've just been down to Margaret River 2 months ago.But we accompanied our s'pore friends to shop around the town,go for morning walks where we saw kangeroos,visit a lighthouse and wineries. Us kids(yeah me the eldest)just played around and did random stuff when we were bored waiting for the adults.It was quite shocking when I saw some of the kids cos they've all grown up and look so different. My brother's bestfriend Josh(Year 8/Sec 1) is all tall and tanned now,compared with the childish short and slightly chubby Josh I last saw 2 years ago. Adding on to that, his voice broke!OMG,it's hell wierd but we had loads of fun..We also visited the Chocolate Factory but we didn't get to buy any chocolates.I sampled ALOT of chocolate though.Sugar rush man.I ate 2 handfuls of the choc bits, 2 big pieces of the chocolate you can buy plus half a mudcake after that.My mouth felt sick and I needed my bottle of water so bad.
We also ate alot for our meals.ALOT.From fine dining all the way down to junk food.We ate at Leeuwin Estate again(the bill was like over $1000!!!) and Vasse Felix and they were really good.Then we had Red Rooster 3 times and CHicken treat once..That was just too much junk in less than a week. A couple of nights we ate at our cottage-BBQ,salads and instant noodles- while watching a DVD next to the flaming fireplace.All cosy but a little crowded.
Hehe it was just fun fun fun...And such a miracle too!Never did anyone of us imagined that the whole group would all come to Australia at the same time and have like 5 cars all driving together.We never ever did that in Singapore before,and the whole group only meet annually every Christmas.It's so amazing!
Anyway fun time's over and it's back to school.Luckily,there's still stuff to look forward to.The school holidays coming up in 2 weeks' time.I can't wait I can't wait.Meanwhile,let me just slack for the school reports are already in...YAY
